“How many Vehicles can you carry at any given time?”
Our highest capacity truck can carry up to 4 vehicles, however we do have smaller vehicles which can carry 1 or 2 vehicles at any given time.
“How soon can collection/delivery be arranged?”
The collection of your vehicle totally depends on when the vehicle is available. As the customer, we aim to suit our timing around your schedule. Delivery is usually same day, but this can vary. We can contact your customer after collection, and figure out a suitable time/date for delivery.
“How much does your collection/delivery service cost?”
The cost of delivering your vehicle(s) varies on many different factors. Please contact us for a quote. Generally, it depends on the following factors:
– Mileage
– Size of the vehicle
– Condition of the vehicle. (Does it need winching on? Does it drive?)
“Is my Vehicle insured during transit?”
All of our vehicles are insured with ‘Goods in Transit’ insurance, meaning that your vehicle is covered from the moment it is loaded, all the way up until it is unloaded. Furthermore, all of our drivers are fully trained to ensure that the vehicle is delivered in the same condition as collected.
“What documents do you require to deliver my vehicle?”
We do not require any documentation from yourself, however we will take any documents relating to the vehicle, and deliver these with the Vehicle to the new owner (V5, MOT, Service History, etc).
